One full registration includes one paper registration, attendance at all Conference Sessions, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Gala Dinner, and the access to all symposium documentation.
The Students registration includes the attendance at all Conference Sessions, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Gala Dinner and the access to all symposium documentation. Proof of qualifying student status is required.
The Student fee does not include the paper registration, for which a full conference fee is required.
The registration fees for Accompanying Guests include Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and the Gala Dinner.
IMPORTANT: SDEMPED must receive the full amount of the fees. Any bank charges must therefore be paid by the person making the payment - the Remitter.
Deadline for cancellation requests: July 1, 2015.
All cancellations must be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers.
Cancellations received before July 1, 2015 are refundable except a 90 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Unused lunch and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor replaced by other tickets or services.
